CDIC is the Community Parent Resource
Center in El Paso Texas. Our desire is
for children to reach their fullest
potential and become valuable to their
community. We serve our families
through education and support.
Established in 1989, CDIC offers
workshops on parenting a child with
special needs, educational rights, ARD’s
and IEP’s, No Child Left Behind (NCLB)
and many more. We offer individualized
assistance to families that have
children receiving special education
services in the public school system and
coordinate an annual symposium.
We believe that parent to parent support
is very important. That is why we are
here. We really hope the information you
